Did you know? All Buckingham Foundation-owned communities provide an affordable rent program for residents, in addition to offering a range of programs and resident events. With a strong focus on creating positive change in the areas of affordable housing, community development, childhood hunger and the arts, 100% of the revenue generated from Buckingham Foundation properties is directed back into the community through charitable grants to over 200 non-profit organizations.
Our teams at our Foundation owned sites are hard at work giving back to their residents in need. This summer they hosted events like free Farmer's Markets and Back-to-School backpack & school supply giveaways.
