Who We Are
Buckingham Foundation is the philanthropic partner of Buckingham Companies. Since its inception in 2006, the Foundation has grown its grant giving capacity to support affordable housing opportunities for families in need, to encourage participation in arts and culture initiatives and to invest in local communities. In 2015, Buckingham Foundation joined the fight against childhood hunger with its Love Indy campaign.
Buckingham Foundation invests in organizations through meaningful grants, volunteers thousands of hours to hundreds of nonprofit and civic organizations, and goes beyond typical philanthropy to open doors that create positive change.
To date, Buckingham Foundation has awarded more than $4M in grants and sponsorships to 750 nonprofit and civic organizations.

Becca Manolov
VP, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Becca serves an important role for the Foundation as its fanatical volunteer coordinator and creative storyteller. She actively works to build community relations and discovers new ways to showcase Buckingham Companies and Buckingham Foundation. She is motivated by a career focused on community involvement and the opportunity to give back daily.
Eager to engage Buckingham employees and residents in Foundation initiatives, Becca aims to create seamless, impactful, and FUN experiences. While each project is equally important, the two that bring the biggest smile to her face are building and supporting a food pantry at George Buck Elementary (which also bring the loudest cheers from the kids) and knowing she’s helping move people towards home ownership through the Foundation’s support of INHP. Becca’s creative and bold approach to her role stems from a career in marketing, hospitality, public relations, and event planning – all of which prove invaluable in her work with the Foundation.

KYLE THACKER
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
Kyle joins Buckingham Foundation's leadership team with a lending hand in marketing team needs. With a background in digital advertising and media relations, he brings an innovative way of marketing in order to spread awareness of Buckingham Foundation's impact in the Indianapolis, Nashville and surrounding neighborhoods that Buckingham Companies has a presence in. Through social media content, search engine optimization, media relations outreach, press release creation, and effective marketing tactics, Kyle's goal is to spread the word of Buckingham Foundation and the nonprofits we support through arts and culture, affordable housing, and community and economic development.
Why does Kyle serve?
“Although personal growth is a strong focus, I believe you only feel truly fulfilled when you give back to others. Buckingham Foundation is the focal point in bringing change and development to areas in my city, who would otherwise be neglected. I’m proud to serve alongside such a wonderful team.”
